Cancellation Policy

Foyer believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• The cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

• No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Foyer marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.  

Refund Policy

When you buy our products/services, your purchase does not meet money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will cheerfully make serious efforts to resolve the issue. We develop and sell products that we use ourselves every day and have thousands of satisfied customers worldwide, and our support is second to none. That is why we can afford to give our customers with the special support. To request an issue, simply contact us with your purchase details within fifteen (15) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and tell us your issues regarding the purchase – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Requests are being processed within 15 days period.

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)

For domestic buyers only, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 7 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Foyer is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). Foyer is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. Foyer is proud to use Secure EBS for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.

 Shipping & Delivery Policy (Services)

 How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products

The shipping charge is based on the total amount of your order, if it exceeds Rs.10000 INR than there is no shipping charge. Below that there is a flat rate of Rs.1000 INR.
